CULINARY NUTRITION GARDEN PLAN

1. Can my consultation take place in person instead of virtually?

My modern approach has been developed to make the best use of time (both mine and yours) in the most cost effective manner possible, which is why consulting with you via FaceTime or other virtual medium just works. However, if you’re dying to meet me in person, or if you’re super local (like within the North Atlanta Metro area), we can discuss that option. The cost of the Culinary Nutrition Garden Plan consultation will vary based upon your location. Please email me to discuss this option at cathleen@cathleenrsmith.com.

2. Can we look at several potential garden spaces during one consultation?

We can discuss up to two potential spaces for your culinary nutrition garden during one virtual consult. You will receive a Culinary Nutrition Garden Plan for the space decided upon.

3. Am I able to purchase additional garden plans for different growing seasons?

Yes! Your Culinary Nutrition Garden Plan includes a plan for one specific growing season (usually, the current or upcoming season). If you would like to purchase plans for an additional growing season, you may do so for $397 each.

4. Can I reschedule my time?

Yes you can! There is no fee to reschedule within 48 hours of your consultation. Sometimes things just happen! Please note, however, that my consultation fee is non-refundable so we will work together to find a mutually acceptable rescheduled date and time as soon as possible.

5. Can I gift a Culinary Nutrition Garden Plan to someone?

Of course! A Culinary Nutrition Garden Plan makes a wonderful and thoughtful gift for anyone thinking about a wellness garden! Please email me to discuss at cathleen@cathleenrsmith.com.

CULINARY NUTRITION GARDEN COACHING

1. Can my coaching session take place in person instead of virtually?

Just like with a consult for the Culinary Nutrition Garden Plan, if you’re just dying to meet me in person, or if you’re super local (like within the North Atlanta Metro area), we can discuss that option. The cost of the Culinary Nutrition Garden Coaching session will vary based upon your location. Please email me to discuss this option at cathleen@cathleenrsmith.com.

2. How many questions or topics can be discussed?

As many as you can think of that are related to culinary nutrition gardens and that can fit within a 1-hour time period. The sky’s the limit!

3. Can I reschedule my time?

4. Can I gift a Culinary Nutrition Garden Coaching session to someone?

Of course! If your gift recipient needs a little help with an existing culinary nutrition garden, a coaching session is the perfect gift! But if your gift recipient is just starting out on his or her wellness journey, they will likely need more guidance in the creation of a culinary nutrition garden.
